Commander’s Message

Colonel John RisCassi, 74th Colonel of the Regiment, and Regimental Command Sergeant Major Victor Martinez, 74th Sergeant Major of the Regiment, both currently deployed in Baghdad, Iraq, with the 2nd Cavalry Stryker Regiment, sent a video message to those attending the 2007 Second Cavalry Association Reunion in the Washington, D.C. area Nov. 7-11. The message contained their regrets for being unable to attend the reunion, and an update on the Regiment’s current activities.
